Home Fix-ups that Sell!

What if we could show you how to make thousands of dollars more on your home sale? Would you be interested? You can make sure today’s buyers are attracted to your house BEFORE they visit the competition — by making selective cosmetic improvements.

The secret is “selective.” Anybody can spend thousands of dollars needlessly fixing up their house so it’s in better condition than it’s ever been. You know, fixing all those little things we all become accustomed to in our homes.

But why waste the money out of your pocket? Let us show you a short list of possible projects — and together we can narrow it down to one or two or three key fix-ups proven to reel in the best buyer for your property. Not hundreds or scores or even ten buyers. Just one — the one who will pay top dollar for your house.

Before you’re ready to sell, give us a call. That will give you plenty of time to get the house into move-in condition (and still keep to your move- out timetable).

P.S. We’ve sent along a great approach to get you started. It’s all explained in our FREE special report, SHOWCASING: Set The Stage For A Quick Sale. Just click the link to read it right away. Then give us a call so we can start working for you.  (The Gooder Group)

  1. Interesting post, as a true Buyer Broker in the Columbus, Ohio area we advise our clients on the pros and cons of home staging. http://homebuyersadvocate.wordpress.com/2007/11/08/problems-with-staging-homes/

  2. Cool hints. I think those tips will help the house stand out. Once you involve more than one of the senses(eyes, ears, touch etc..) it really makes the experience more memorable. Make the buyers fall in love with their time at the house and they compete to get the home of their dreams.
