Interest Rates for July 10-11


Mortgage rates held steady this week as the Dow climbed 5% for a 500 point gain. Rising stocks typically push rates higher to attract investors. Freddie Mac reported average rates on 30 year fixed rate loans were at 4.57%, down from 4.58% a week ago.  Rates on 15 year fixed rate mortgages were 4.07%, up from 4.04% a week earlier.   
 Here are our weekend rates for 
purchase loans on single-family homes greater than $150,000 with 20% down and 740+ credit scores
  and for loans locked in July a 90 day rate lock! : Conf 30 year fixed to $417,000: 

4.5%

Conf 30 year fixed ($417,000-$535,900):

  4.625% FHA 30 year fixed:

 4.5%

 FHA 5/1 ARM: 3.25% 

Jumbo 30 year fixed ($528,750+): 5.375%

All rates reflect 1 origination, 0 discount points. Please note rates do vary by credit score, loan amount, 

 rate lock period, occupancy and loan to value.
