Interest Rates July 17th-18th

Mortgage rates  remained at record lows this week. Freddie Mac reported rates on 30 year fixed rate loans were  unchanged from last week’s average of 4.57%. In other mortgage news, some large lenders have begun pulling updated credit reports just prior to closing, in some instances creating issues that prevent pre-approved buyers whose credit profile changed from closing. Prosperity has not adopted this policy.
