Interest rates come down a bit

Mortgage rates
ticked lower this week with Freddie Mac reporting the average 30 year fixed rate at 4.77%, down from 4.85% last week and 5.09% a year ago. Stocks started out the year higher, and the jobs report released Friday showed the unemployment rate has fallen to its lowest level in 18 months. Both private job sector jobs and number of hours worked per week rose, suggesting positive growth ahead!‬ ‪ ‬
