Depending on where you live there could be so many REALTORS you don’t know what to do. Today’s market if you’re not an insurance agent, a financial advisor or in computers you most likely will have friends that are real estate agents. There are so many of us out there what do you do when you’re friends with so many agents and you want to sell or buy a home. Who do you choose?
That is a difficult questions to answer? You can never go wrong with your choice if you let the ones you DON”T choose know what your plans are. It’s not the cure-all but at least agents/friends know why you choose someone else rather than you.
Seems fair if you truly are friends.
